License to Kill — per Spokane County Prosecutor Steve Tucker

A person found within Spokane County may, according to Spokane County Prosecutor Steve Tucker, lawfully be killed by a law enforcement officer —

“as long as

[a] the officer is acting in good faith,

[b] there’s been a felony committed, and

[c] there’s risk of physical harm.”
